Hi, I’m Aayush Jaiswal
Welcome to TheFitInside, Your Inside Track To Optimal Health!
It’s a health, fitness, and nutrition blog built on one simple belief: real advice should be backed by real science, not gym gossip.
My journey started in 2020 when I began going to the gym. I was always on the skinnier side, and like most beginners, I started paying attention to what people around me were doing. What I noticed quickly was that most people followed fitness advice without ever questioning where it came from: bro science, random tips, supplement myths, all accepted as fact without anyone verifying the science behind it.
That frustrated me. So instead of just working out, I started reading. I dug into the science behind nutrition, strength training, healthy eating, supplements, and how the body actually works. Writing became my way of sharing what I was learning, and The Fit Inside grew out of that same curiosity.
I have been writing about health and wellness since 2020 on different portals, and every article I publish is grounded in research from trusted sources like WHO, ICMR, and published medical literature, not trends or hearsay.
